It's safe to say that DJ SlimCutz has proven himself worthy of a Black Belt in Djing.

After individually becoming 2x champion of the DMC PT, he recently started trying his hand in the Team categories, along his band, The Bigger Banger Theory.

Thus, he consecrated himself champion in this class, too. DMC champion, yet again. Oh, and IDA champion as well.

But he's not here (just) for the titles. Playing 80+ gigs a year, he got his name known all over his native Portugal. Or as the people would say, "you'll know him from the trail of decimated dance floors". Literally. Because people have a tendency to jump, dance and stomp so hard during his sets that club owners are getting used to remaking their floors.

Whether playing packed nights or open air summer festivals, you can easily catch him sharing the booth or the stage with Flux Pavilion, Doctor P, Andy C, Borgore, Skream, Emalkay, Delta Heavy, Pharoahe Monch, M.O.P., The Beatnuts, The Alchemist, Oh No, Grandmaster Flash, The X-Ecutioners, Beat Torrent or many others.

Even Mind da Gap (who's status for the portuguese is as legendary as the Wu-Tang is for the world) have invited him to be their official DJ.

This is his record at 22. And as his live sets keep evolving into bolder, more cerebral performances, there's no letting where he's going to stop.

Oh, and I almost forgot, he's got mad skills on a Bimby, too.

Raez is the type of producer that does his own thing and, therefore, has his own distinctive sound.

Everything began during his teenage years, listening to Rap and R&B, gathering its first ideas with closer friends. Soon after, he became a producer and started collaborating with other artists across Portugal. In the last few years, this Oporto based producer started conquering the world through his home studio. First came a collaboration in the Roy Ayers Project Compilation and many others are being released since then, having already collaborated with artists all over the 5 continents. Raez has styles upon styles upon styles, but no matter what he’s crafting, you can hear his signature.
