António Poppe is the guest artist of this edition to participate in the artistic residency in which he will develop his work. During the process of creation, in mid-September, there will be a performance/talk, where we'll be able to get to know his body of work. This will be an important moment of exploration, reflection and knowledge of its path, enabling a broader perspective in dialogue with the public. Poppe creates between the word, the drawing, the collage and the meditation. Poetry always manifests by thinking openly to what comes, to performativity in its lavrameditation. Beyond the spelling-drawing and the book format, it is concretized in the singing, the declamation in an instinctive crossing of other cultures and civilizations, which transport us to other times and places.

The show features António Poppe, Francisco Babo, Leonor Figueiredo, Margarida Correia, Xavier Paes & 7 Magnificent Avatars. Artists who address multiple themes - the political, the social, the cultural, the sexual - ask questions to the public that will naturally amplify them.

Acesso vertigem wants to explore the potentialities of other beings, other performing bodies, which affirm the present through text, space, cyberspace, voice, imagery, light and sound. It also wants to provoke a mistake where the poetic and non-sense will be present. To think of today, to encompass it, to amplify it, to shatter it, to bless it...
